Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Authentique Marketing Suite (“AMS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or engaging in services, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services
AMS provides brand strategy, marketing consulting, and creative development services, including but not limited to:

Brand Narrative Intensives
-
Strategy Sessions
-
Content & Messaging Development
-
AMS Method (Diagnose, Define, Narrate, Guide, Activate)
All services are customized based on the agreed-upon scope outlined in your booking or proposal.
2. Payment Terms

Full payment or deposit is required to secure services.

The remaining balance is due within seven (7) days of the initial payment or no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, whichever comes first. Services will not be rendered until full payment is received.

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Late payments may result in paused or discontinued services.
Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or HoneyBook.
3. Revision Policy
Each service includes up to two (2) revisions within the original scope of work.
Additional revisions or requests outside of scope will be subject to an extended support fee of $250 per week, billed in advance.
4. Service Timeline & Expiration
All services must be completed within 30 days of the initial service date, unless otherwise approved by AMS.

If the Client becomes unresponsive or delays the process, the project timeline will not be extended automatically.

After 30 days, AMS is not obligated to continue work.
If the Client wishes to resume after this period, services will require:

Rebooking, or
-
Enrollment in the $250/week continuation fee
5. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session.

No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
AMS respects your time and expects the same in return.
6. Communication & Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Provide timely responses, feedback, and requested materials

Attend scheduled sessions prepared and on time
-
Maintain clear and respectful communication
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines and may trigger additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:

Clients receive rights to final deliverables for business use
AMS retains the right to:

Showcase work for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes
(unless otherwise agreed in writing)
8. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic and customized nature of services:

All payments are non-refundable
9. Limitation of Liability
AMS does not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:
-
Revenue growth
-
Audience growth
-
Client acquisition
All outcomes depend on client execution and external factors.
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking services or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
