Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

At Authentique Marketing Suite (AMS), each service is intentionally designed as a high-touch, strategic experience. Due to the time, preparation, and intellectual property involved, all payments are non-refundable.

 

Digital & Strategy-Based Services
All services, including but not limited to brand strategy, narrative development, consulting sessions, and intensives, are non-refundable once purchased. This includes work that has already been initiated, delivered, or scheduled.

 

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session at the discretion of AMS.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Service Satisfaction
AMS is committed to delivering high-quality, strategic work. If a client has concerns, they are encouraged to communicate promptly so adjustments can be made within the scope of the service and included revision rounds.

 

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of AMS.

 

By purchasing any AMS service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
